LLena M. — Featured · Day 28 · Cape Town
Four weeks in and I'm a little stunned. The fine lines around my eyes look softer in morning light — not erased, but I genuinely notice the difference, and so did my sister (unprompted!). The honesty about giving it 14 days first really helped me not give up early.

This is exactly why we ask people to commit to the full ritual, Lena. Day 28 is where Paracress really shows up. Keep going — and thank you for being honest about it being subtle. That matters to us.

Halfway check-in. Skin feels noticeably smoother and more even — makeup sits better too. Sharing my (unfiltered, bad-lighting) progress shot because this community kept me consistent.

Question for the lab — can I layer Parācress™ with my retinol at night, or should I alternate? Don't want to overdo it.
RDr. Reyhana · Lab replied
Great question. Apply Parācress™ to clean skin first and let it absorb; you can follow with retinol on alternate nights to start. If you notice any sensitivity, separate them (Parācress™ AM, retinol PM). Consistency beats intensity here.

Three weeks. Subtle but real — for me the big change is texture, my skin just looks healthier. Not a miracle, but exactly what was promised, which I respect.

Two months and on my second jar. I almost cancelled at week one when I saw "nothing" — so glad I didn't. To anyone on day 3 panicking: give it time. That's the whole point.
